At UNUM, we make social media management easy for creators and business owners. Whether you want to set a reminder or auto-post, you can schedule photo or video posts for any platform, using our web or mobile app.
NOTE: To use Instagram auto-posting features, you'll need an Instagram Business Account linked to a Facebook Page for full access. Learn how
Watch or follow the step-by-step guide below to start scheduling your posts in UNUM today:
Open your Instagram channel in UNUM.
Choose the post you want to schedule ( You can also create a new post if needed.)
Make sure your captions and hashtags are already added. If you need help crafting your caption, find out more here.
On the bottom left of your screen, tap the Post icon in your Toolbox.
This will open the Post Details Page where you can:
Review your post
Edit your caption and hashtags if needed
Check your post details, including the social channel you’re posting to
And schedule!
On the Post Details Page, under the Schedule options select the date and time you want your post to go live, and click Schedule
You’ll have two schedule options:
Remind Me: UNUM will send you a reminder when it’s time to post.
Auto-Post: UNUM will automatically post your content directly to Instagram at the scheduled time.
Your post is now set! If you chose Auto-Post, it will go live without any further action from you.

Important: Every photo and video you upload and schedule through UNUM is posted in the same highest quality as the original file. Whether you’re scheduling for Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform, you can trust that your content will maintain its resolution and clarity, just as if you posted it yourself.
