Why am I seeing “Some channels were removed”?

This means a connected channel (like Instagram) was disconnected. We show historical data, but real-time updates pause until the account is reconnected.

Can I change the date range?

Not yet! Right now, Basic Insights defaults to the last 7 days. But we're working on custom range selection — stay tuned.

Why don’t I see impressions for LinkedIn?

Some platforms don’t fully support impressions via API or require extra permissions. We’ll show the data when available and authorized.

How do I download my insights?
