Team Dashboards are designed to work with your entire team, clients, consultants, and more. You can create one Team Dashboard or hundreds (great for — agencies, consultants, or large teams working across a variety of brands).
So let's create your new Team Dashboard
Tap the new space button in the lower-left corner of your screen. The next page will allow you to upload your content.
Tap the share button in the upper-right corner of your space, add your team member using the email address associated with their UNUM account.
Once a team has been created, you can now add teammates by email.
Congratulations, your new Team Dashboard is now created!
Pro Tip: Need Spaces from your Personal dashboard to your Team Dashboard? Try cloning those Spaces to your Team dashboard. Just the tap "..." button, it's on the upper right corner, in the Space Settings there's a Clone Space button, once you tap that, then you'll able to select which dashboard you'll like to clone the space to. *Note, Cloning copies a new version over to Dashboard. If you don't need a Space anymore, just delete it, you can find delete from the same settings section.
Start planning your content by selecting a photo, this will open the draft mode for both a caption as well as potential tags you wish to include in your post. Thoughtful captions are key when telling your story online. Use UNUM’s caption pen to craft your message in advance and create clear messaging to support your visual content.
On the Post Detail toolbar on the right side, you can see the details of your post (social channel, captions, schedule). You can use the Magic Hashtag for this.
On the top part, tap the "+" icon to select the channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn) you want to schedule this post for.
After you have selected the specific channel, tap "Choose date & time" to finalize the scheduling of the said post.
Then you will have two options: Set Reminder or Auto-post
If you want to Set a reminder (UNUM will send you a friendly reminder via email when it is time to post)
You can set reminders for all your channels
Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram Post, Instagram Reels, Instagram Story
If you want to schedule an Auto-post (UNUM will post on your behalf)
Available for Facebook page posts, and Instagram feed posts
Click Add Date and choose the day and time you want the content to be posted.
Once done, click confirm. You will then see a preview of your work with the exact schedule of posting. You can Edit or Delete these later on if needed.
