What Are Workspaces?

A Workspace is a dedicated hub where you manage your social media content. You can have multiple workspaces to suit your needs—whether it’s for personal use, managing a brand, or working with a team. Each workspace is its own space, designed to help you plan, schedule, and manage content efficiently.


What Can You Use Workspaces For?

  • Personal Workspace: Manage your own social media accounts and content from one central place. Perfect for solo creators who want to stay organized.

  • Team or Company Workspace: Collaborate with team members or manage a company’s social media presence. Keep everything for that brand or business organized in one place.

  • Client Workspaces: If you’re managing multiple client brands, you can have separate workspaces for each client, making it easy to handle multiple accounts without overlap.

FAQ

What is the difference between Profile, Team, and Workspace?

  • Profile: Your unique UNUM ID, linked to your email.

  • Team: Consists of members you invite to a workspace. Each team collaborates within a workspace.

  • Workspace: A dedicated area for managing social media, scheduling posts, and collaborating. Each workspace has its own subscription plan and permissions.

Will this sync and be available on both iOS and Web?

  • Yes, everything syncs between iOS and web versions. Actions performed by any team member will be reflected on both platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration.

What can a free user access?

  • Free users can access all the features of any workspace they are invited to if that workspace is part of a subscription plan. They have unlimited access to the features of that workspace, even without a personal paid plan.

Is having Teams only for those with "UNUM for Teams"?

  • No, teams are available to all users. If you are invited to a workspace under a subscription plan, you automatically have unlimited access to its features, regardless of whether you're on a free plan.

How will this affect old plan users?

  • Old plan users who haven't upgraded to the new version of UNUM will continue using the same features on iOS. However, upgrading to the new system is recommended for faster performance and access to the latest features like Workspaces and UNUM AI.

Will people in a Workspace or Team be able to see the content of other Workspaces/Teams?

  • No, content is kept separate. Members of one workspace will not have access to the content of other workspaces unless they are invited to join those workspaces.
