How to Connect Your Instagram Business Account to UNUM Without a Facebook Page

Great news! You can now enjoy the benefits of an Instagram Business account, like Insights and Autoposting, without needing a Facebook page. Follow these steps:

1. Open UNUM Settings

   • Navigate to your workspace in the UNUM app.

   • Tap the settings icon (located in the upper-right corner).

2. Select “Link Social”

   • Look for the "Link Social" option in the menu and tap it.

   • Choose Instagram from the list of social platforms.

3. Choose Connection Type

   • You’ll see two options for connecting your Instagram account:

     • Add Instagram Business: This will require a Facebook connection.

     • Add as Instagram Basic: This allows direct login to Instagram without Facebook.

4. Select "Add as Instagram Basic"

   • Tap this option.

   • Enter your Instagram login credentials when prompted.

   • Once you enter your credentials, you will be prompted to convert your personal account to a professional or business account.

   After converting to a professional or business account, you'll be able to access Instagram Business features like Insights, Autoposting, and more—all without needing a Facebook page!
