How to clear cookies and cache

If you’re having trouble connecting your Instagram account with UNUM or if your UNUM account isn’t loading, please try clearing your cookies and cache. Follow these steps for different browsers and devices:
Safari (Mac)
Open the Safari browser.
In the top menu, click Safari → Settings (or Preferences).
Go to the Privacy tab.
Click Manage Website Data....
In the search bar, type the name of the website, e.g., .
Select the website from the list, click Remove, then Done.
Refresh the page.
Chrome (Mac or Windows)
Open the Chrome browser.
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Go to Settings.
Click Privacy and security → Site settings.
Click Cookies and site data → See all site data and permissions.
Use the search bar to find the website, e.g., .
Click the trash icon next to the site to remove its cache and data.
Refresh the page.
