How to Reconnect Your Instagram Account on UNUM

If you're having trouble with your Instagram account on UNUM and need to reconnect it, follow these easy steps. Reconnecting your Instagram ensures that your posts, analytics, and account management are seamless. Here’s a quick guide to help you get it back up and running.

  1. Open the UNUM app and tap the Settings icon in the upper right corner of your screen.

  2. In the settings menu, scroll down and select Unlink Social to remove your Instagram account.

  3. Once removed, tap Link Social and choose Instagram from the list.

  4. Log in to your Instagram account and authorize UNUM to access it.

  5. Afterward, return to your workspace in UNUM to verify that the connection is successful. You can test it by uploading a post or checking your analytics.

Please also make sure all permissions are approved.
