What is a Social Set?

A social set is a group of Channels connected to the UNUM app. Channels are the social media accounts you use online.

There is one social set when you integrate social media accounts of each type into your UNUM account. So an IG account, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn (typically under the email address), are just one social set. A social set in UNUM should not contain two or more accounts from the same social media (i.e. 2 Facebook pages, 3 IG accounts, etc).

If you want to integrate one IG Business Account and another IG Personal Account, or you want a second account from the same Channel you previously integrated into UNUM, then that is considered two social sets which would require a subscription plan upgrade.
