How to clear cookies and cache

If you’re having trouble connecting your Instagram account with UNUM or if your UNUM account isn’t loading, please try clearing your cookies and cache. Follow these steps for different browsers and devices:

Google Chrome:

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.

  3. Choose a time range at the top. To delete everything, select All time.

  4. Deselect all options except Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear data.

Firefox:

  1. Click the three lines in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Settings > Privacy & Security.

  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data.

  4. Ensure Cached Web Content is checked, then click Clear.

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

  3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

  4. Select a time range (e.g., All time).

  5. Check Cached images and files, then click Clear now.

Safari (iOS):

  1. Go to Settings > Safari.

  2. Tap Clear History and Website Data.

  3. Note that clearing history and website data won’t change your AutoFill information. If the button is gray, it may indicate no data to clear or restrictions set up in Screen Time.
