TLDR

As an affiliate or referrer of UNUM, you agree to promote our products in a manner that is in line with our brand values and messaging. Commissions are earned on qualifying sales originating from your unique referral links. Affiliates and Refferers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and privacy. UNUM reserves the right to review and approve all affiliate and refferer content, and may terminate the partnership for any violations of these terms. This agreement is subject to change, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any modifications. 1. Introduction

  • Overview: Welcome to the UNUM Affiliate & Referral Program. As a social media copilot, UNUM is excited to partner with affiliates and referrers who can share our unique services to their audiences and community.

  • Acceptance of Terms: By participating in our program, affiliates and referrers agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Enrollment in the Affiliate & Referral Program

  • Eligibility Criteria: Open to passionate go-getters, influential social media personalities, and content creators who can effectively refer our services.

  • Application Process: Submit your application through the UNUM website's designated process.

  • Approval or Rejection: UNUM reserves the right to approve or reject applications based on our internal criteria.

3. Affiliate & Referrer Obligations and Compliance

  • Promotion and Referral Guidelines: Affiliates and referrers should promote UNUM in ways that align with our branding and messaging ethics.

  • Prohibited Activities: Engaging in spamming, misrepresentation, or distributing inappropriate content is strictly forbidden.

  • Compliance with Laws: Adherence to all legal requirements, including those related to advertising and disclosure, is mandatory.

4. Tracking and Reporting of Referrals
