Workspace

A Workspace is where you plan, visualize and modify your content for your social media. It is a hub where you can import and store your content for easier access and planning.

Placeholders

These are blank grid spaces. When planning your feed, if unsure of what to post use a blank grid space to help you better visualize your grid space.

Channels

Channels are the social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest that you integrate in UNUM.

Social Sets

A social set is a group of Channels connected to the UNUM app. Channels are the social media accounts you use online.

There is one social set when you integrate social media accounts of each type into your UNUM account. So an IG account, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn (typically under the email address), are just one social set. A social set in UNUM should not contain two or more accounts from the same social media (i.e. 2 Facebook pages, 3 IG accounts, etc).

Team

A Team is Workspace with other invited members in it for collaborative work. You can switch Teams in the Account icon on the lower left corner in the web app or by tapping Account icon on the lower-right corner in the mobile app.
