# Post & Media Upload Limits

Wondering why your upload stopped? Or how many posts you can schedule? Here's the full breakdown by plan — no surprises.

#### 📦 Upload Limits by Plan:

#### File Size Limit

**Mobile App** - Generally, media size is 100MB (But if media file is largerthe file will most likely be compress/scaled down to under 100MB)

**Web App** - 280 Megapixels

#### 🤔 Why am I hitting a media limit?

If you’re on the Free plan, you can upload **up to 20 items per month** across all your content (photos, videos, etc). You’ll see a tracker inside your account showing how many uploads you have left.

#### 📸 Why is my media stuck on “processing”?

This usually happens with **large video files** or when UploadCare (our cloud processor) hits a delay. Here's what to try:

1. Wait 1–2 minutes (most files process fast).
2. Try refreshing your browser.
3. If it still doesn’t work, try compressing the file and uploading again.

**What file types can I upload?**

* Images: JPG, PNG, GIF
* Video: MP4, MOV\
  Animated content and vertical formats work best for Reels and TikToks.

**Can I upload from desktop or mobile?**\
Yes — both. Just log in on the web or mobile app and drag/drop or tap the + icon to add media.

**Can I upload to a specific channel only?**\
Yes. You can upload directly to any one of your channels, your media library, your calendar, biobar, the options are endless!&#x20;

**Why can't I add more photos?**\
You’ve likely hit your plan's upload limit. Upgrade to unlock more uploads — or wait until the next monthly reset on your Free plan.
