Sometimes third-party apps (like Instagram or TikTok) update their systems or APIs, which can cause your connected social accounts to expire or disconnect. No worries β weβve made it easier than ever to reconnect your socials in UNUM.
How to Refresh Your Socials

Go to Settings (Profile Icon)
Head to the top right corner, and click your profile icon

Click edit under your Workspace
Click edit to the right of your Workspace name

Click Social Channels
Tap Social Channels under Memebers

In "Manage Social Channels" click the 3 dots to the right of your Facebook Page
Click 3 dots to the right of the social channel you want to reconnect

Select "Reconnect Channel"
You will then be directed to relog into that social channel

β Channel Reconnected
After logging into your account, your Social Channel will now be reconnected with UNUM
Thatβs it β you're reconnected and good to go!
Still not working? Try removing channel, and connecting again by clicking "new social channel" button at the bottom
