# Fix Token or Sync Errors

Sometimes third-party apps (like Instagram or TikTok) update their systems or APIs, which can cause your connected social accounts to expire or disconnect. No worries — we’ve made it easier than ever to reconnect your socials in UNUM.

### How to Refresh Your Socials

### Click the Socials&#x20;

Head to the top left corner of your workspace and click on **Socials**.

### Find the account with a token issue

Look for any social account marked with **Token Expired** or a red ⚠️ icon.

### **Click the 3-dot menu**&#x20;

Tap the menu next to the disconnected account

### **Select “Refresh”**

UNUM will walk you through reconnecting — either logging in again, or auto-refreshing if you're already logged in on your desktop browser

That’s it — you're reconnected and good to go!
