# Connect Canva

### How to Connect Canva

#### On Web

1. Go to **Studio** in the top navigation
2. Click the **Canva button** (top right, near + Add)
3. Sign in to your Canva account
4. Authorize UNUM to access your designs
5. Done! Your Canva is now connected

### Importing Designs from Canva

Once connected:

1. In Studio, click the **Canva button**
2. Browse your Canva designs
3. Select the designs you want to import
4. Click **Import**
5. Designs appear in your Studio library

* Instagram posts
* Stories
* Reels covers
* Facebook posts
* Pinterest pins
* Any Canva design

> 💡 **Tip:** Design in Canva using the correct dimensions for each platform, then import to UNUM for scheduling.

### Keeping Designs in Sync

When you import a design, UNUM creates a copy in your Studio. If you update the design in Canva:

1. Go to Studio
2. Re-import the updated design
3. The new version is added to your library

### Disconnecting Canva

If you need to disconnect:

1. Go to **Studio**
2. Click the **Canva button**
3. Click **Disconnect**

You can reconnect anytime by signing in again.

### Troubleshooting

#### Can't see my designs

* Make sure you're signed into the correct Canva account
* Check that UNUM has permission to access your designs
* Try disconnecting and reconnecting

#### Import failed

* Check your internet connection
* Try importing fewer designs at once
* Make sure the design is saved in Canva
