# Uploading Best Practices

Uploading content to UNUM is quick and flexible — but following these tips will help keep your media organized, optimized, and ready to post across channels.

#### ✅ File Types & Specs

UNUM supports most common file types:

* **Images**: JPG, PNG, WEBP
* **Videos**: MP4, MOV, WEBM (up to 4K resolution)
* **GIFs**: Supported in the Studio for planning and previewing

**Tip**: Keep images under 10MB and videos under 100MB for faster upload times.

#### 🧠 Naming & Organizing

* Use **clear, searchable names** (e.g., `IG_ProductLaunch_March2025.jpg`)
* Add content to **folders** by campaign, client, or platform
* Use **tags** (if enabled) to filter and locate content easily later

#### 🔄 Importing from External Tools

You can upload content directly from:

* Your computer (drag & drop or file browser)
* **Canva** (via direct integration)
* **Dropbox**, Google Drive, or a public link

#### 🗂 Uploading in Bulk

* Select multiple files at once to bulk upload to the Studio
* Use folders to group content by theme, platform, or client
* After uploading, preview content and schedule it right away
