Uploading content to UNUM is quick and flexible — but following these tips will help keep your media organized, optimized, and ready to post across channels.

✅ File Types & Specs

UNUM supports most common file types:

• Images: JPG, PNG, WEBP

• Videos: MP4, MOV, WEBM (up to 4K resolution)

• GIFs: Supported in the Studio for planning and previewing

Tip: Keep images under 10MB and videos under 100MB for faster upload times.

🧠 Naming & Organizing

• Use clear, searchable names (e.g., IG_ProductLaunch_March2025.jpg)

• Add content to folders by campaign, client, or platform

• Use tags (if enabled) to filter and locate content easily later

🔄 Importing from External Tools

You can upload content directly from:

• Your computer (drag & drop or file browser)

• Canva (via direct integration)

• Dropbox, Google Drive, or a public link

• Select multiple files at once to bulk upload to the Studio

• After uploading, preview content and schedule it right away
