How to Connect a Channels

• From your UNUM Web, click “+ Create New” select Channel and then select your social channel.

• Sign in using your social account credentials and approve access.

• You’re in! Your channel will now show as Connected.

Note: Instagram must be a business or creator account connected to a Facebook Page. Learn how to convert your Instagram to a Business Account

Why It Matters

Once your channels are connected, you can:

• Auto-publish single posts, carousels, and videos

• Schedule across multiple platforms in one calendar

• Get post-by-post insights and suggestions

• Organize by channel with visual filters
