# Grid View vs List View vs Board View
### At a Glance

| Grid View | Your visual grid view of your selected social media channel | Final drafting grid. This is where you know what you want to post, add your caption, and schedule. Finalize all your posts for each channel here |
| Board View | On the left your finalize draft, on the right switch between the boards you've been brainstorming, compare and contrast | Final drafting, this is where you compare your planned boards with your final feed, see if you are missing any posts, want to edit more, etc. |

### Grid View
Grid View shows your content as a visual feed — exactly how it will appear on your profile.
#### What you can do:
* **Plan your aesthetic** — see how posts look side by side
* **Drag and drop** — rearrange posts to perfect your grid
* **Preview your feed** — visualize before you publish
* **Add rows** — expand your planning grid
#### Feed Planner on iOS tools:

| **Hide** | See what your feed will look like if you hide certain posts, easily revert back by clicking hide again |

### List View
List View shows your content in a table — every post as a row with all the details.
#### What you can see:
| Column | Shows |

| **Creation Date** | When the post was created |
| **Status** | Draft, Scheduled, Published, Failed |
| **Post Details** | Caption preview, channel |
| **Media** | Thumbnail of the image/video |
| **Scheduled Date** | When it's set to post |
#### What you can do:
* **Sort** — click any column header to sort
* **Filter** — narrow down by status, date, or platform
* **Bulk select** — check multiple posts to edit or delete
* **Quick edit** — click any post to open it
* **Quick create -** easily add post, write caption, and schedule
> ✨ **Pro tip:** Use List View when you're managing a high volume of content or need to find specific posts fast.

### Board View
Board View is your **planning playground**. Create different boards to experiment with feed layouts, plan by month, or organize campaigns — without affecting your finalized feed.
#### How it works:
* **Left side** = Your Channel Feed (finalized — what will actually post)
* **Right side** = Your Board (playground — experiment freely)
#### What you can do:
* **Plan by month** — create boards like "March 2026" or "April 2026"
* **Plan by campaign** — create boards like "Summer Launch" or "Holiday Sale"
* **Try different layouts** — rearrange until you find what looks best
* **Compare side by side** — see your board next to your finalized feed
#### When you're happy with a board:
Move the content from your board to your Channel Feed — that becomes your finalized feed that will actually post.
> ✨ **Pro tip:** Think of Boards as "draft feeds." Experiment as much as you want, then commit to your Channel Feed when you're ready.

### Switching Views
#### On Web
Click the view icons at the top of Channels:

#### On iOS
On iOS, your channel opens to the **Feed Planner** widget (your finalized feed). To access your planning boards, go to **Studio → All Boards**.
