Find exactly what you're looking for. Use filters and sorting to quickly navigate your content in List View.

How to Filter

1. Go to Channels and switch to List View (☰ icon)

2. Click the Filters button at the top right

3. Select your filter criteria

4. Your posts update instantly

Filter by Status

Status	What it means
All	Show everything
Drafts	Saved but not scheduled
Scheduled	Set to post at a future time
Published	Already posted
Failed	Didn't post successfully

Filter by Platform

If you have multiple channels connected, filter to see posts for just one platform by selecting channel from side bar:

• Instagram

• TikTok

• Facebook

• Pinterest

• LinkedIn

• X

• Threads

• And more...

Sort by Date

Sort by	What it does
Upload Date	When you created the post (newest/oldest)
Scheduled Date	When it's set to publish (soonest/latest)

Clearing Filters

To reset and see all posts again:

• Click Filter and Remove Filters
