# Changing Instagram's Aspect Ratio on UNUM

Instagram has specific aspect ratio requirements for photos and videos to maintain an optimal viewing experience on the platform. Traditionally, Instagram allows three primary aspect ratios: 1:1 for square posts, 4:5 for vertical posts, and 1.91:1 for landscape posts. Although these ratios help ensure consistency and quality across posts, adjusting the aspect ratio of your images is important for ensuring they appear correctly in your feed. With the UNUM app, you can easily change the aspect ratio of your posts to fit Instagram’s requirements, whether you’re using the iOS app or the web version.CommentShare feedback on the editor
