# Filter by Platform

### How to Filter

#### On Web

1. Go to **Calendar** in the top navigation
2. Click the **Filter** dropdown at the top
3. Select a platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
4. Calendar updates to show only posts for that platform

#### To View All Channels Again

Click the filter dropdown → select **All Channels**

### Why Filter by Platform?

| Use case                       | Why it helps                                     |
| ------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **Check posting frequency**    | See if you're posting enough on one platform     |
| **Platform-specific planning** | Focus on just Instagram or just TikTok           |
| **Spot gaps**                  | Find days with no content for a specific channel |
| **Review before launch**       | Double-check a campaign on one platform          |

### Filter Options

You can filter by any connected channel:

* Instagram
* TikTok
* Facebook
* Pinterest
* LinkedIn
* X
* Threads
* Mastodon
* Bluesky
* Custom channels

### Filtering in Other Views

You can also filter by platform in:

| Where                    | How                                     |
| ------------------------ | --------------------------------------- |
| **Channels** → List View | Click Filters → select platform         |
| **Calendar**             | Click Filter dropdown → select platform |

#### Pro Tip

Use platform filtering to balance your content. If you notice all your scheduled posts are for Instagram, you might want to add some TikToks or LinkedIn posts to the mix.
