How to Filter

On Web

1. Go to Calendar in the top navigation

2. Click the Filter dropdown at the top

3. Select a platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

4. Calendar updates to show only posts for that platform

To View All Channels Again

Click the filter dropdown → select All Channels

Why Filter by Platform?

Use case	Why it helps
Check posting frequency	See if you're posting enough on one platform
Platform-specific planning	Focus on just Instagram or just TikTok
Spot gaps	Find days with no content for a specific channel
Review before launch	Double-check a campaign on one platform

You can filter by any connected channel:

You can also filter by platform in:

Where	How
Channels → List View	Click Filters → select platform
Calendar	Click Filter dropdown → select platform

Pro Tip

Use platform filtering to balance your content. If you notice all your scheduled posts are for Instagram, you might want to add some TikToks or LinkedIn posts to the mix.
