❌Why Didn’t My Post Publish?
It happens! Sometimes a post doesn’t go out as planned — but we’ve got you. Here are the most common reasons a post may not publish (and how to fix them fast):
🔒 1. Your social account was disconnected
This usually means your token expired. Go to Socials > Connected Socials and look for any red “Token Expired” messages. Just click the 3 dots → Refresh to reconnect.
⏰ 2. The post time has already passed
Double-check the scheduled time. If the time is in the past, the post won’t go out.
📸 3. A media file didn’t finish uploading
If your image or video wasn’t fully uploaded, the post won’t be able to publish. Re-upload the media and try again.
🔗 4. You tried to post a carousel to a channel that doesn’t support it
Make sure the content format (carousel, video, etc.) is compatible with the platform you're posting to.
🛠 Still not working?
Try deleting the post and recreating it from scratch. Sometimes a fresh start is the fastest fix.
