Why does it say I’m on Free when I paid? Double-check which workspace you’re viewing. Plans are tied to each workspace, not your whole account. Switch under “Account Settings” → “Team Workspaces.”

Can I upgrade one workspace and not the others? Yes! Each workspace has its own plan. Keep your personal one Free and upgrade your client’s to Teams? Totally fine.

How do I cancel or change my subscription? Click SupportBilling & Plan to manage your subscription. Changes apply after your current billing period ends.

If I cancel, will I lose everything? Nope. You’ll just drop to Free when your paid plan ends. Content stays — but features like analytics or scheduling will pause.

How many people can I invite?

  • Free = just you

  • Pro = 2 people max

  • Teams = 10 people

  • Unlimited = sky’s the limit

Where can I see my limits and usage? Go to SupportAccount Settings. You'll see:

  • Current plan

  • Upload count

  • Workspace + member count

  • Subscription details

I bought a one-time promo (like AppSumo), how do I activate it? Email us at support@unum.la with:
