Uploading content to UNUM is quick and flexible — but following these tips will help keep your media organized, optimized, and ready to post across channels.
✅ File Types & Specs
UNUM supports most common file types:
Images: JPG, PNG, WEBP
Videos: MP4, MOV, WEBM (up to 4K resolution)
GIFs: Supported in the Studio for planning and previewing
Tip: Keep images under 10MB and videos under 100MB for faster upload times.
🧠 Naming & Organizing
Use clear, searchable names (e.g.,
IG_ProductLaunch_March2025.jpg)Add content to folders by campaign, client, or platform
Use tags (if enabled) to filter and locate content easily later
🔄 Importing from External Tools
You can upload content directly from:
Your computer (drag & drop or file browser)
Canva (via direct integration)
Dropbox, Google Drive, or a public link
🗂 Uploading in Bulk
Select multiple files at once to bulk upload to the Studio
Use folders to group content by theme, platform, or client
After uploading, preview content and schedule it right away
