The Studio Library is your content command center. Upload, organize, and manage all of your creative assets β€” then turn them into posts with just a few clicks.

Whether you're planning a campaign, collaborating with your team, or repurposing assets across channels, the Studio keeps everything in one clean, searchable place.

Uploading Content

You can upload an unlimited number of images and videos to your Studio Library. Add content by:

  • Dragging and dropping from your desktop

  • Pasting a link

  • Connecting your Dropbox or Canva account

Everything you upload will automatically be available across your workspaces β€” personal, team, or client.

Organizing Assets

Keep things tidy with folders and filters:

  • Create folders for campaigns, content types, or clients

  • Filter by format, upload date, and channel

  • View Canva designs separately for easy access

Connecting your Canva

Select your account profile (bottom of the page under Support)

Click Account Settings

In Account Settings select "Connected Socials"

Scroll down to find Canva (under Linkedin) and select "Connect New"

Select one or more assets

Click Create Post

You’ll jump straight into the Post Editor with your assets loaded and ready to go
