How It Works

• Plan your posts Use the Visual Calendar to drag and drop content onto specific days and times. You’ll see exactly what’s going out and when.

• Set your schedule Choose your posting time manually, or use UNUM’s Smart Scheduling to suggest optimal times based on your audience’s activity.

• Auto-post or set Reminder Once your post is ready, toggle on "Auto-Post." No need for manual uploads — UNUM handles it for you. Or set a reminder and we'll send a notification to you when it's time to post.

• Multi-platform posting Auto-posts for Instagram (Feed, Reels, Stories, Threads), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest Pins, Facebook, and more — all from one place.

✨ Pro Tip: Use post labels (like "draft", "approved", "scheduled") to keep your workflow organized — especially if you're working with a team.

Note: You still need to create a dedicated channel for each social media platform you integrated with UNUM (we are working on simplifying this flow soon).

Here's a guide on how to fix this:

1. Go to the "Channels" dropdown menu in the left black sidebar, review them one by one to find the posts you wanted to auto-post in the first place.

2. Link your social account to the "My Posts" channel by clicking the purple button in the upper right corner.

3. Once you connect social media to this channel, you will be able to set Auto-post for every scheduled post in the Post Editor.
